Help With Importing File (Error Message)

    I am new to using this plugin, so please excuse the question if it is very simple.

    Basically I understand how to upload a new map and markers individually, but I am having trouble importing a spreadsheet with the plugin. I keep getting the error message “Can not find fields names” which I assume means the headers are not structured properly to be uploaded.

    Does anyone know where I can find the proper way to structure my excel sheet?
    I am uploading data for a store locator and currently have the following field names:

    Store Name Address City State Zip Website URL

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
