Help with getting Post Tiles to display

I’m trying to test out post tiles as I like what I see.

I’m currently trying to test it on my staff page. Here’s a link to the staff page where you can see what my problem is. I’m leaving it as is so you can see what is wrong. I can’t get the titles to display at all.

I’ve got [post-tiles] in the HTML of the page at the very top. Nothing shows except the numbers at the bottom to navigate. I was thinking about using post tiles to replace my slideshow at the top of my blog page once i change themes. Why aren’t the tiles showing? What am I doing wrong.
