Help with customizations, please.

I have a few things!

I’ve recently changed to the Scratchpad theme and I really like it better than my previous theme.

The top menu is too basic. I’d like to change the font, size, text & hover colours.

I want the grey lines removed from the whole site as it makes my sidebar widgits look off center.

I am opting to use the image post format (I like it!), but the images all come out different sizes and the site looks a bit messy.

I’d really like to have uniform images that link to my blog posts and perhaps three images in a row for a neater look.

I also haven’t figured out how to adjust the post text details.

That’s good for now to start! Any help that you kind folks can provide would be greatly appreciated.
