Help With Changing Some colors

Hey, I just uploaded my new blog theme, but the sides were you can see at my site http://www.kick-fiend.com are kind of a tan color, well I wanted to change it to a light silver, or a light blue…is there any way to do this? Also maybe to add in some photos of shoes..is that possible? thanks
