Help with automatic-feed-links

I am trying to manipulate automatic-feed-links in the twentyten_setup funcations.php file. I want to manipulate each feed individually so that I can make my code nice a clean. This function is throwing off my source code. You can access my site by visiting http://jasonbiondo.com .
