Hello,

I need to know if it is possible with Ultimate Member to edit the look of the profiles. As I mentioned previously, I need the profiles on this page: https://www.aacamera.org/mitglieder/ to look like the profiles on this page: https://cinematographinnen.net/.

I understand that customizations are not included in your support. However, before I purchase the yearly premium version and the theme, I need to know if I will be able to achieve the mentioned design customization.

If you are referring to paid products of Ultimate Member you will need to submit a support ticket via Ultimate Member website. As this forum is only for the free plugin hosted on the wordpress.org website.

Paid extension are not supported here in this Forum by the Forum guidelines:

Thanks for the answers. we managed to make the design changes.

But how do I make the sequence of the profiles random?

ho, I just saw that the ability to use the profile picture is blocked. you can upload a picture but not really use it… how can we solve this?

Please provide more information about the profile photo issue. Screenshots are appreciated. Do you upload a profile photo as described in the article How to upload profile photo?

Maybe there is a problem with the uploads folder permissions or GD library on your website. Follow instructions in the article Photo/image uploads not working to solve the problem.

Verify settings for the profile photo described in articles Uploads Tab and Profile Photo Size.
