Help with a business website

Hi All,

I am a business owner (mortgage broker) and I need some ideas on how I can implement WordPress for my website. I’ve been doing a lot of research and a little lost on what’s available to implement what I want to do.

Some of the key features that I want to implement for my website are:

1) online application form which feed into a serviceability calculator then retain the information in a CRM system. In future the data will then be feed directly into our brokerage system vis API.
2) CRM system will store customer information and create an account for the customer to track their application
3) Widgets to display latest interest rate offers from banks. THis can be manually updated or automatically pulled from our brokerage system vis API.

any suggestions on how / where I can start?
