Help – Theme Broken: Stylesheet Missing

So I am making a very simple theme following the theme tutorial.

I tried to access it but it said the stylesheet is missing.

I know it is there and there is nothing wrong. All code is correct because I followed the tutorial exactly.

There are no extra folders either.
