the links and drop downs. If I don’t change the fonts and make everything I can bold you can’t read it. Some links are a light blue and I’m unable to change them to another color.

Cool, umm, because of the way CSS works we need to know which links specifically that you’re referring to. So that we can recommend CSS that styles those links.
We can’t easily give you CSS that styles all links in general.
