Help speed up core

Hello Ollie,

There is a core ticket about improving the indexing of wp_postmeta. I’m assuming you have relevant experience, so please contribute to the discussion.

By the looks of my database after being optimised by your plugin, you’re using different indexes than what’s being proposed, and I would love to know why.
