Help! — Setting Coupon Usage Limits

    Hi folks!

    Coupon Problem — Mike Jolley I think answered this but it’s three years old.

    If you create a generic 5 dollar off cart coupon, and set the usage limits to 1 user one time, it seems a lot of people have problems using it.

    We’re having customers complain all over the place.

    BUT, if you dont’ set usage limits, some people will use it over and over again.

    And then we have people use it too much.

    It’s a aweber opt in coupon, so we can custom generate since they are not users yet.
