I had a nice little blog running right on my front page, so when you went to my site, you’d see my blog. I wanted to change that a bit, and I had downloaded all my websites files the other day. However, I can’t find them anywhere.

Attempts to salvage and fix things seemed to have made things worse. I’m really at a loss of what to do.

What I would like to do: get WP working on my homepage again, so when you go to my site, you immediately see my blog.

I’ve got an existing database with all of my posts and comments and all that.

    I use bravenet.

I know I should have made real sure that my backup copies were properly set up, but its too late for that now. Help please?

Hi, I had a wordpress blog up quite a while ago but got busy and forgot about it… Now I have my password etc. but can’t remember how to get to my dashboard. I’ve changed computers too and that doesn’t help (being on Vista). Thanks for any advice.
ps. I’m not very advanced – need I say?
