Hey,

I purchased a template but I am having troubles setting it up. The template comes with an html 5 and a PSD file. Does WordPress except PSD and HTML 5 files? If so how would I set it up?

Is the theme a WordPress theme? That’s the only kind that will work on WordPress. Also, these forums don’t support commercial products so any questions will likely need to go to the developer.

No it’s not a WordPress theme. It inclu4des a PSD file can’t some PSD files convert to WordPress.

No, you can’t use PSD file in WordPress – although if you know a lot of HTML, CSS and WP coding, you could create your own theme from a PSD.
