Sorry about the late response I’m just getting caught up now on support tickets! It doesn’t look like you have any tabs on your product page. I researched your theme and it looks like they do support the default WooCommerce tabs.
Check your themes settings and see if theres an options to turn on Product tabs.
Another potential cause for this could be a custom page template. Is this a custom page template or a page thats built with a page builder?

It’s not that we don’t support Elementor, Elementor does not seem to support default WooCommerce tabs. Our plugin hooks into Woo’s ability to make tabs and if your theme turns that “off” then we can’t apply our custom tabs to products.
Does that make sense? I would get in contact with the Elementor folks and see if there is a setting somewhere to turn this on.
