Help please with Stylesheet issue

    I’m not seeing a missing stylesheet. What is see is that your slideshow uses Flash — not a good idea these days as (1) it won’t work on any iOS device and (2) support for Flash is being phased out across the board. You’d do a lot better with a jQuery based slider.

    You do have one file not loading:

    As you use a commercial theme/plugin and need support, please use their official support channel. We feel they are best equipped to support their products.

    Thanks for your reply.

    Part of the issue is that the sites were set up a few years ago by another person who has since moved to the US and is not available. This means that I don’t have information such as order numbers (or whatever) for the themes which is needed to register for support.

    Thanks for your reply. However I don’t understand … how can I try those websites you mention but at the same time not accept hire offers? Isn’t that like saying ask for help but then don’t accept it?
