I don’t see the popup being enabled on the blog post titled “are you an abuse magnet”, and part of the code is missing on the front page. This could be due to your theme not implementing the standard WordPress call wp_footer.
I recommend getting in touch with your developer for more information on the theme. 🙂

ok, so let’s say I’m an over-savvy VA and I don’t have any contact with the person who designed our theme… then what? 😉
Hmm, that is a tough questions. If you have a testing site, then I would suggest switching out the theme to a default WP one and see if that helps.
If you do not have a testing site, you can always do it really quick on your main site and hope that no one notices.
Once you have isolated the issue to the theme, then you can contact the theme developer (that you bought the theme from) and ask them to fix the issue.
