Help Please? Not working properly

    Hi… I’ve followed the instructions for the plugin, embedding this shortcode as a test:

    [video_lightbox_youtube video_id=z9P4JbKj7mk width=”640″ height=”480″ anchor=”click here to open YouTube video”]

    On the resulting web page, all I get is an underlined link that says Click here to open YouTube video. It works fine, and launches the video. But there is no embedded thumbnail of the video on the page. What am I doing wrong. Thank you!

    That’s exactly what I currently have. I’ve also loaded the image in my WP media library, pointed to it, and absolutely nothing shows up. The page is completely blank. Have tested in Chrome and Microsoft Edge browsers.

    EDIT: I added the quote marks around the YouTube video I.D., as you suggested, but it still doesn’t work.

    Hi, can you share your shortcode please. If it is the same as the one you shared above then you are missing the following.


    anchor=”http://add your image url here”

    In the shortcode you shared above you have the following anchor=”click here to open YouTube video”, which is not an image URL.
