HELP PLEASE!!! FIRST TIMER

I’m totally new at this, I don’t know anything about coding, i’m just a graphic designer that wants to incorporate a blog to my portfolio site. Where can I start customizing my page with my own designs done in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop? Right now my wordpress folder is in my public_html server folder, how do I make it show up at all? HELP,HELP, HELP!!!
