Help please asap with two issues!!

Hi, I’m new to WordPress and have a couple of questions:

1. How do I fix it so “comments” are automatically approved without me having to approve each of them?

2. When I first started posting the posts were showing up at the top of the page for what I want. But, tonight when I posted a new post, it went down to the next to last post and not to the top like the others were doing when I first started posting. I want the newest posts to always be featured at the top when I post them. How do I do that?
