    I’ve properly followed the steps to create a gallery, but nothing shows up. We use the last version of WordPress and PHP version is 7.2 Please can you help us with that. Thank you

    As I mentioned in the second thread you’ve opened, it’s something related to the short-code you’ve most probably missed.

    Copy your gallery short-code from GridKit->Gallery section and put wherever you want to show your gallery. E.g. create a new WordPress page or post for your gallery and past the short-code there. Your gallery will appear on that page now!
