Help on design a CMS website

Hello Guys! This is my first post 😀
Im pretty lost with all this wordpress CMS thing and Im getting crazy!

I want to build a CMS website like this one http://www.cmstheme.net/themes/wordpress/1233/respect-pro-wordpress-theme?preview=1

I have read and read about how to do this really popular style (block of content with updates of your posts, news, etc) but I cant find how to do it.

At the bottom of this website http://www.mojo-themes.com/item/respect-pro-wordpress-theme/?r=andrastudio I found a video with a tool called “Turbo Editor” but I cant find it on google 🙁

I want a tool similar to this, do you have any idea where to get it?
