HELP! “Notice: Function _load_textdomain…”

    Notice: Function _load_textdomain_just_in_time was called incorrectly. Translation loading for the twentysixteen domain was triggered too early. This is usually an indicator for some code in the plugin or theme running too early. Translations should be loaded at the init action or later. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. (This message was added in version 6.7.0.) in /home/grtsyqvux6f2/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 6114

    Hi, I’m getting the above message at the top of my dashboard AND at the top of my live blog page. And I’ve no clue (or resources) how to deal with it.

    I’ve just posted a Kindness Advent Calendar that a few thousand people will be coming to the site to download over the next couple of days. I worry this will put people off.

    I haven’t a clue what this means, and I’d be so grateful if anyone can help me by explaining what I need to do in layman’s terms, as I am not techy at all!

    https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/62337 is fixed in 6.7.1.

    If you’re running WordPress 6.7.1 and are still having trouble, please contact support for the plugins which are failing.

    Thanks so much for your reply. I’d just updated to WordPress 6.7.1 yesterday and then the issue appeared. Unfrotunately it is still there. How do I know which plugin is the problem? Thank you

    Sorry, I meant theme. The issue is with the Twenty Sixteen theme.

    Make sure you’re running version 3.4, released this month.

    Thanks so much James @macmanx , I’ve updated the Twenty Sixteen theme and one of the issues has been cleared and the notice has disappeared from my dashboard and blog page.

    I also have another message on the top of my dashboard. I had two originally and didn’t realise they were different!:

    Going back yto our advice for the theme, I’ve looked at download monitor and can’t find an update.

    I really hope this is easily solveable like the other one, thanks again for the help.

    In that case, I recommend reporting the issue at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/download-monitor/ so the plugin’s developers and support community can help you with this.
