Help! Multiple issues with site

Hey folks, I could really use some help. I’ve spent the last 2 days tearing my hair out trying to figure out whats going on.

To start with, my site is http://www.LarryFlaxman.com

I’m running the latest version of WordPress and all plugins are up to date. Template is the latest version of Stargazer.

Everything was working fine the last time I checked. I logged into the site 2 days ago to add some content and noticed that the background color is gone on all pages (it should be black) and the sidebars are now at the bottom of the screen instead of the right. In addition, the top menu looks funky and compressed as the search function is “overlaying” the home link.

I disabled all of the plugins thinking that maybe an errant plugin had updated and borked something up… and even disabled, it’s still broken.

When I go into the appearance->customize then change the background color, it looks ok in preview… but, then doesn’t stick when I save it and view the site.

Any help would be appreciated.
