Help modifying how posts are listed

I’m currently using “Good Theme Lead” theme on my website truegearhead.com but I’m not happy with how the posts show up which sounds like a common complaint. I would really like to find something; wether its a plugin or an entire theme that displays posts like the wordpress website below. Thanks for your help!
