HELP! Mobile site broken? squished?

I’m very new to WordPress. I’m afraid I broke my client’s site and I don’t know how to fix it. The mobile versions of their site look like it’s been compressed or something? All of the information and links are there and working. I am wondering if it is a container issue? I wasn’t able to adjust the size when I tried.

I was trying to make some changes to the header and footers. Also had started redesigning pages. Everything was in draft forms and I hadn’t published anything. I had cloned pages and renamed them. They have a program for backing files up. Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like it was set up and I didn’t check this before starting what I did.

The desktop version of the site is fine. The issue is all on the mobile version. I’m trying not to panic. I just have no idea how to figure out what the problem is. Please help!
