    Can you initiate a recall for my fund to help TransferWise locate my transactions? I have a problem getting my fund.

    Hi @vih25 –

    I’m not certain what you are referring to here. We do not have access to any transactions that take place on your site.

    As for TransferWise, I would recommend reaching out to their support directly for assistance.
