Help me get this right. Please.

I am using Grunge Wall theme. The theme has a bar up top so the viewer can select the font colors of headings. I would like to get that out of there, and make the default color the blue option.

Where do I do this at? I have played around with some of the script in the style.css file, but only ended up deleting the boxes that show the color options. Links were still there, and color was default at orange.

Oh, I forgot to mention. I am a complete newbie at PHP, coding, and WP. I just had my first experience with all three yesterday ^.^
