Help in creating wp content folder

    Hi,

    hope you can help me with this issue. i installed the plugin and activated it like usual, but there is an error showing

    [Please create ‘wp-content/usersultramedia’ folder with 0755 attribute.]

    I tried look through the documentation and support forums but cant seem to find the solution for this. Hope someone can enlighten me.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your message.

    That’s not an error message but a warning message. The plugin is telling you that you need to create that folder which will be used to store all the pictures uploaded by the users.

    You can create the “usersultramedia” by using any ftp client.

    Please let me know if you need help to create that folder.

    Hi,

    A new version has been updated. We’ve added an option to create the upload folder automatically through the Users Ultra Dashboard.

    Please let me know if that fixes the issue.

    yes yes, i upload the latest version and it can create the folder successfully and easily,just by one click.

    Hi

    When I try to create the folder automatically by clicking the button I’m just redirected to the dashboard and nothing changes. Do you know why this is happening and how do I create the folder manually?
