When you bought the zerif pro did you download it as a zip file? If so, then log in to WordPress – go to dashboard – appearance – themes – add new (at the top of the page) – upload theme (same position on next page that loads) – go to choose file – find the zip you downloaded (click open) – once it is uploaded click install now (wait for it to do its thing) – go to appearance – themes (it should now be there) – click activate – done. If you get stuck, Google or YouTube is your friend – search for something like install new theme wordpress. Good luck.

I have the same problem but I do not know how to convert the downloaded Zarif Pro into a Zip file. It was saved as 39 different files. Any help?

I am not sure exactly what browser you are using, but it automatically extracts the contents of the .zip file.
Please try to download it using a different browser so that the file will save as .zip instead of being self-extracted.
