HELP how to add post easily

    We run a site devoted to pool players. We are emailed results of tournaments and photos.

    Is there an easy way to post the information? I find that it takes me a long time to copy and paste the text and then download and upload the photo(s) and place it. Am I doing this the best way when we are getting the information by email?
