FTP into your site (or use whatever file management application your host provides) and delete the wp-content/plugins/bulletproof-security folder.

Everything is there on the dashboard…all pages etc…. and it worked less than five mins ago! gosh…
What exactly did you delete?

oh phew I fixed it, I updated the permalinks and it seems ok now..thanks so much for your help 🙂

Thanks. I had the same problem. Simply reinstating the permalinks fixed it.
