help! hacked! how do I manually clean database

    I’ve been working with Bluehost to get my hacked WP site fixed. They tell me that the problem is somewhere in the database and they don’t support database fixes. The suggested I come for suggestions on finding malware in my database.

    Suggestions for resources on manually cleaning the database?

    The easiest method is to log into your PHPMyAdmin and work to locate the malicious stuff in there by searching, etc.

    There is no automated tool for this. Someone’s eyeballs and sticky fingers need to be involved.
