help favicon not showing

hello, first of all thank you in advance for the help.
i know many have post the same problem, ive already checked them out and couldn´t solve my problem…
my web page is http://www.totonko.com and already aded the favicon.ico to the header.php and din´t work.. there is an exerp from the file“<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC “-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Strict//EN” “http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-strict.dtd”>
