Help displaying conditional text.

Okay guys complete newbie here. Here’s what I need to figure out how to do.

I need multiple forms that have dropdown boxes with several options.

Example
Dropbox title
Storage Size

Options
16Gb
32Gb
64Gb

There will need to be two maybe 3. And I need a conditional text displayed depending on the combination of options they chose in the dropdown boxes.

I also need to a way for them to agree to a set of terms and conditions. Once done I need all the info emailed to me upon submission. I was able to accomplish all of this with the site origin plugin contact form. All but the conditional quote which is the most important.
