Can't Delete a User Admin

    Hi folks if someone could help with this it would be great. I’m not very techy.

    I had a VA design my site for me. The site is now complete and I went to change my password for the site and I noticed a new Admin user called “admins” I went to delete it but it keeps repopulating with a new ID# and will not disappear. I have know idea to get rid of this admin user.
    It also says there is 8 assigned administrator accounts.

    I’ve tried deleting in the users section. I’ve tried deleting in MyPHPadmin users section of my hosting account, but still no joy.

    Any help would be appreciated as I feel my site is now compromised.

    Are you logged in as the admin user you are trying to delete? That could be the problem.

    Otherwise, you should be able to delete any user.
