Can’t change/update password

    Hi – I’m not sure what happened but I can’t create my own password in the backend of my WP site. My theme is Enfold and I’ve already checked with them. They say the issue is with WP. So, in the past I have been able to add users and normally do the ‘generate password’ option so that the user can then go in with that password and then create their own, only that is not an option now.

    Also, when I have created a user, it generates an email to the user with instructions on how to login and change their password. Now a generic email is generated that just says an account has been created for them, but no instructions on how to login or what the generated password is.

    Is this an issue with a plugin in have. These are the plugins in have installed…

    Could YOU disable all plugins and themes and try again? It might be a conflict with a plugin.

    I can, but I would prefer not to and everything was working before….and I haven’t added any new plugins…

    If I disabled plugins, would I lose all the setting for each…?
