Can’t log into my site

Hi there,

I am trying to login to my WordPress dashboard for the website above.I haven’t accessed in a while, and now my login window is not in secure mode, hence Mozilla blocks it. I have tried retrieving the account via email. I receive the link for password reset, but still not working and it brings me back to the original login window in a loop.

Hi,

Have you tried to reset your password in a different way?

Here’s an article where you can find different ways of doing this: https://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password

I’d recommend the Through FTP method. That should be the quickest one.

Hi Radu,
thanks for your answer. I have tried with the password reset and login link several times with no success.
What I get it’s not my website http://www.vivianemosso.com, but another one, despite I have the email for this one “Site Name: Mosso Design”.
Also, I have two WordPress windows acting in a different way and I don’t understand how to solve this login issue now.

A window which I used normally http://www.vivianemosso.com/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.vivianemosso.com%2Fwp-admin%2Fthemes.php&reauth=1

the second one with https https://wordpress.com/log-in

Unfortunately I can’t go more technical then this to solve it.

Hi,

Since you cannot work with some pieces of code to reset your password, I think that you should try to reach out your hosting provider and ask him for some help. I’m sure that he’ll be able to handle this for you in no time.
