Help, cant upload post

    All of a sudden, I can’t upload a post to my site. I had to clear plug-ins and I can now post, however I can’t see my stats, as well as it’s referring me to create my domain, I have a domain and renewed it in November…when I put info, it wants
    To pay $96.00 and to finish creating and launching my site. I need help, I am scared to loose two years worth of work! My blog is

    Is the problem you’re having related to Jetpack stats? If so please follow their troubleshooting directions here, and if necessary contact Jetpack support: https://jetpack.com/support/getting-started-with-jetpack/troubleshooting-tips/

    Hi, sorry you’re having trouble 🙁

    For the domain problem, can you share a screenshot of the message asking you to create a domain? That might help identify where it’s coming from. That’s the first step towards figuring out what’s going on.

    For the publishing posts problem, it could help to identify which plugin caused the problem. You can re-activate/install them one by one, and test publishing between each. Once you identify which one is causing the problem, we could help try to fix that.

    Hello…My thing also is that it now had me create a name under word press .org so it shows those stars instead of my actual site….so it shows those stats…I tried to put my domain name it wants to charge me…I’m scared to change something and make it worse or loose important info…I’ve had account for over two years and I just renewed my domain. Thank you for your help!

    I did erase it and re-added it seemed to have been an issue with Jetpack. I couldn’t see stats, so when I tried it had me get a site or domain to add:…I thought word press .com is what I have and am told it’s .org…so I want to erase timelessbymelissa@wordpress.com and I want to have timelessbymelissatatiana.com my issue is it seems WordPress has a combination of both sites…it seems I’m there since 2018 yet no stats or post so I am scared to errase something and make worse. I just want it how I used to have it.

    I want my old info, when I try to add, it’s like it wants me to buy a domain, I just renewed my domain and site…this where my issue is, I have a new blog to post tomorrow and not sure if I will be able to…I’m
    Not very tech savvy…Hence why I am worried!

    We can’t help you with WordPress.com issues here, but their support will be able to help you.

    Once that’s sorted out, it’ll be much simpler to fix any remaining issues with your WordPress.org site. Can you post again once you’ve resolved the WordPress.com issues?
