• I was using WP clean up cleaned, afterwords my nextgen gallery does not work anymore! I tried deleted old one even deleted file from FTP (plugin/nextgen)and install new again, but still does not work. However I install new nextgen gallery plugin there always stored an old gallery taht I have created before. The gallery can creat, but could not show on the infront website. Is that mean the WP clean up cleaned away some important part or it not completely unistall (does not work with delete files on FTP?)? How I solve out this problem?

    Thank you!

@green world – Would you happen to have a full site back-up you can restore that is prior to the actions WP clean has done to your database? If so, I would recommend trying that to see if it recovers from this.

@green world – I’m not sure if there is much more I can offer at the moment, you may need to completely clear all references to NextGEN Gallery from your site (read: database) and start over now.

Just would like to give a last information and try, see if anyone has the same problem which is solved out. On the settings all the options buttons and when I wanted add gallery there shows “Slug” button, front them show a little sign like “i” in a circle. I think it must be the warning for the errors.

I fixed! If someone have same problem may can help. Just go to FTP delete all the old galleries in the gallery file.
