    can you let me know is this is possible please. I’ve did all the tuts on the page not a problem. but the lat of documentation and the spam on the forum now doesn’t help me.

    The only way I can think of is with a javascript bind on the submit.

    so i could deal with this on the form side in the plugin? or exactly where would i put my js ? in the plug would or i have to create a .js,

    Not really much of a coder max i do is parallax stuff and css animation.

    hmm, that maks it harder.
    Sorry for the plug, but you can do it with my other plugin http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/my-shortcodes/
    You can make a new shortcode, in the html area, place the shortcode for the form, then in the javascript area, place the javascript that would merge fields before submit.
