The plugin itself -or more precisely your PHP code- seems to be working fine. I can see your popular posts list in the HTML. The list is being hidden by Owl Carousel though.

Your carouselMaisBaixados div is using the owl-carousel class, and said class is applying display: none; to your carouselMaisBaixados div.

Looks like the issue is on Owl Carousel’s side. Double check that Owl Carousel has been configured correctly.

Might want to consider reaching out to Owl Carousel’s support team for assistance with this or if there’s another developer available in your team ask them look into this for you.
