Height not being responsive

Hello,

I can’t seem to figure out the height responsiveness of the plugin. On the videos and things I read, the height just automatically scales with the content? Mine just makes the background taller instead of smaller on ipad and mobile. So when the desktop height is 400px, some reason the height then jumps to 1300px on ipad. Any help would be great!
