I have already addressed this with Headway and they have so far been unable to help me.
My visual editor doesn’t respond, particularly when in design mode.
I have gone through all the usual procedures when trouble shooting something like this.
I have disabled all plugins, cleared any and all caches, re-installed Headway, and reset Headway.
The folks at Headway seem to think this must have something to with my network but I using a brand new mac, and my internet connection is excellent.
For a little while I having better luck when using safari than in chrome, but that eventually went away.
Apparently headway was developed on chrome so that shouldn’t be the problem.
I’m pretty much at a loss at this point and the people at Headway haven’t responded to me in a little while. If anyone has any ideas I would love to hear them.
Just to reiterate- The visual editor just shows running gears when I try to use design mode. This goes on indefinitely.
