Headline Highlighted text not showing

    Hi,

    My client’s website is missing a headline word. The website was working just fine. I’m not sure for how long this problem has been there. Does anyone know why is that happening?

    I can’t see the word even when I’m on the editor. Print screen below

    Looking at your client’s site, they are running an ancient version of Elementor Pro v2.5.13. The developer can’t have a conversation with customers here. That’s not permitted for anyone.

    If they are not using it they may want to uninstall the pro plugin and just go with the free version supported in these forums.

    If they want to continue with that old pro version then they can’t get support here.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
