Header template

Hello,

I am new to oceanwp/elementor. I have created a header template via elementor and it works well but would now like to instead create and use a custom header via the oceanwp theme.

I have gone to Theme panel>my library but cannot find the link to create a new template.

How do I remove the elementor header template and create a oceanwp header template?
