Header & Side Menu issues

Hi folks. I’m after a bit of help.

I had to restore my website but, unfortunately, the sql file didn’t work and not everything got restored.

I’ve been able to get most of it back up, but the header and side menu is causing me a bit of a problem. I’ve uploaded the logo into the header, but it’s just showing the site title and text.

The header was also showing a second menu, but I was able to delete that in header.php. However, doing that has changed the text colour in the side menu from black to white as well as the page headers.

Can anybody provide an answer on how to put these right, please? Thanks in advance.
