Header positioning

Hello all,

I am new to the forum and also new on software stuff so please be gentle!

I have read multiple posts, but even though I managed to find related topics nothing seemed to worked for me, so I decided to create my own post and ask for your help.

As you can see, the problem I am encountering is that the title (“PULSE”, along with its grey font) covers a text paragraph. The same happens to all other pages…

Is there a way I can push the text lower (or “push higher” the logo)?

Please note that the site is not created by me, so please do not assume I know my way around…just basic stuff.

Also, upon digging around the (my) site I managed to understand that this paragraph text (or headings on the other pages), don’t appear to be anywhere…
