• Hey, everyone:
I started WordPressing a short while ago. I have come across a problem to which so far I have found no solution. I adapted a design, using my own artwork on the top of the page. However, when I write more than about 20 lines, as I usually do, this heading picture goes down the page, and so does the text, which makes it look as if I’ve written nothing. So, I thought: Ok, maybe it has something to do with the fact that there are about twenty posts on the index page. So, against my wishes, I changed the number of posts per page to 2. This fixed it with my German page, which has only one short posts, but on the rest of my category indexes, and on the front index, this problem keeps occuring. If you don’t know what I’m talking about, check here: http://www.uxyu.net/wordpress/index.php. I would greatly appreciate any response, as it’s bugging the hell out of me.
    Regards, &c

I think that I have discovered my problem: whenever I use formatting, like Italics or Bold, it makes the picture go down. What causes this? Is there any way to get around it?

I’d love to help you out but I even checked out your page in IE and Firefox and it looks great. Did you fix the problem by avoiding the formatting or do you have a direct link where we can actually see this problem? Good luck.
