• I just launched my site. The header image that appears on the home page is not correct. It is an old placeholder version. The image that appears on all other pages on the site is correct. My problem is that I can’t figure out where to go in the Hueman Customize panel to set the correct image to appear on the home page. Help, please!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi quincy57,

    Try this:

Go to Appearance–>Header–>Header Design–>Header Image–>Select the option to use a Header Banner image and then you will get other options.

    Hope this helps

Thanks, I have done that already. The “Use a header banner image” is checked and I have the correct header image selected. Still, it is not appearing on the home page but is showing up on all other pages. By chance, is there something else in the customizer that controls just the home page header?

Also, I just noticed that when I select to “Hide Image” on the header panel, it hides the banner on all pages except the home page. Where the incorrect header continues to appear.

So there must be someplace in the customizer that controls just the home page header. It would seem. I just can’t find that.

Success! I figured it out. It was in the Contextualized Settings panel. I must have done something there months ago when I started building my site, and forgotten about it. I was able to delete the incorrect header there and add the correct one.

Thanks for your help. It got me to thinking and looking.

Glad to hear that you were able to figure out the issue.
