Header not showing

    Hi, I just upgraded to the premium version and my header will not show.

    Any reason why?

    Settings:
    Page Header Default Background UPLOADED A IMAGE
    – Transparent YES
    Logo (For Transparent Header) UPLOADED A LOGO
    Enable Transparent header until scrolled? ON
    Enable Sticky Header? ON
    Header Style DEFAULT

    Hey! Firstly, since you purchased the premium theme, please post all of your support requests to this forum.

    You’ll get faster responses there.

    What are your settings for your home slider? It looks like you have disabled a home slider and there is nothing to appear behind your white logo to make it show up.

    Try setting it to “Page Title” and see if that brings a title image behind the logo so it’s visible again.

    Okay, thanks! I will!

    I can now see my header image. But my logo is disappearing when I start scrolling. It’s probebly because its white, but do you have a way that I can change the logo when I start scrolling?

    In Theme Options> Site Header, you are able to choose a different colored logo for your transparent header.

    I would suggest changing your logo’s color in some image editing software (probably something dark like your menu) and see if uploading that image there solves your problem.
